Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects. It works by pooling your capital with other investors and jointly participating in real estate projects that would otherwise be hard to access individually.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and stated targets are met, profits are distributed proportionally among all participants according to the size of their investment.
